We guarantee our puppies against any illness for up to 72 hours after shipment date, providing the Buyer takes the puppy into a licensed Veterinarian for a health exam within these 72 hours.

If any such illness should arise within these 72 hours, the Buyer will receive a puppy replacement of the same value and gender.

Buyer must have a licensed Veterinarian statement written within these 72 hours, or no  puppy replacement will be issued. Buyer must send the licensed Veterinarian statement to the Seller before any exchange's can be made.

Sundown Kennel requires a $300.00 deposit for each puppy sold, otherwise we cannot put a puppy on hold. Any deposit's sent to Sundown Kennel will not be refunded; unless there is a genetic problem or an accidental death while in the care of Sundown Kennel.

The Seller is not in anyway responsible for any veterinarian bills after the puppy leaves Sundown Kennel. Nor, is the Seller responsible for any airline flights.

SUNDOWN KENNEL  guarantees our puppies up to one year of age against any genetic problems. This excludes any form of skin diseases which can be a common factor in all canines.
